How do I get whitelisted / do I need an application?

Joining the city just requires reading the rules and connecting. Whitelisted jobs (police, EMS, mechanic) have applications in Discord.

I lost items/money/a vehicle to a bug or crash. Can I get a refund?

Yes — if we can verify it. File a Refund / compensation request within 48 hours with the time it happened and any clip/screenshot. Staff check server logs against your report; verified losses are compensated.

How do I report a player?

In the moment: /report in-game. Afterward: Discord ticket or this form with clip evidence. We don't act on "trust me" reports against your word alone — clips protect everyone.

I was banned. How do I appeal?

Submit a Ban appeal here or via Discord ticket: your name, the date, what the ban message said, and your honest account. Appeals reviewed by staff not involved in the ban. Lying in an appeal converts temporary bans to permanent.

When does the server restart?

Restart times are posted in Discord announcements. The homepage status readout shows whether the city is up right now.

My game crashes on connect / infinite loading.

How do I join the staff team?

Staff applications open periodically in Discord. We look for members with clean records, strong RP history, and patience. Watch the announcements channel.

Donations & perks

Donation issues (missing perks, double charges) go through the Donation issue category with your transaction ID. We never sell gameplay advantages that break server balance.
