Skip The Line, Not The Story

On busy nights the city fills up and a queue forms. Priority passes move you toward the front — you still take a real slot like everyone else, you just get there sooner.

Passes last 30 days from purchase — buy again anytime to extend, and stacking a new pass adds 30 more days. Priority applies within minutes of delivery; reconnect to the queue and it takes effect.

Empire Coins are spent at the in-city VIP Shop (/vipshop) on a rotating catalog of exclusive vehicles, cosmetics, and quality-of-life items — browse the full catalog in the city. Coins never expire.

Coins are credited to the character you link at checkout — they appear in your VIP Shop balance automatically after delivery.

👑 Fair-play promise. Empire RP does not sell power. VIP perks are convenience and cosmetics — queue position, exclusive looks, Discord flair. Nothing in the store buys an advantage over another citizen. If a perk ever feels pay-to-win, tell a director — we'd rather refund it than break the city.

VIP FAQ

Can I donate without buying perks?

Yes — the Donate section takes any amount from $3 to $500, and nothing is delivered in-game. A link code is optional there: add one if you'd like us to know which citizen to thank, or stay anonymous.

How do I get a link code?

Join the city and type /storecode in chat. The code lasts 15 minutes and points at the character you're playing — that's who receives coins. Buying from outside the city? Get the code first, then check out on your phone or second screen.

When do I get my perks?

Card/PayPal orders deliver within about a minute of payment. Manual (Venmo) orders deliver right after a staff member verifies the payment — usually within a few hours, often faster. Queue priority applies the next time you join the queue; coins land in your VIP Shop balance automatically.

Does priority guarantee me a slot?

No — it moves you ahead in the queue, it doesn't create extra slots. On the busiest nights even Emperors may briefly wait, but you'll always be ahead of the standard line.

Do Empire Coins expire? Can I transfer them?

Coins never expire. They're bound to the character you linked at checkout and can't be traded or transferred between players — that's part of the fair-play promise.

Something didn't deliver — what do I do?

Check your order status page first (the link from checkout — or the button at the top of this page). If a line shows "being reviewed", staff already see it. Otherwise open a support request with the category Donation issue and include your order reference (EMP-XXXXXX). Verified delivery problems are fixed fast, usually same-day.

What's your refund policy?

Failed or duplicate deliveries are always made right. Change-of-mind refunds on delivered digital goods are handled case-by-case through a Donation issue ticket — talk to us before disputing a charge; chargebacks trigger an automatic store ban while we investigate.

Is this pay-to-win?

No. Nothing in the store affects RP outcomes: queue convenience, cosmetics, and VIP Shop items only. The punishment matrix applies to Emperors exactly like everyone else.
